Do we ever need a call?

No. Everything works by message and short video, on your schedule. If you'd like to talk, just ask and we'll set up a short call.

Where are you based?

On Terceira, in the Azores, Portugal. I work in English with businesses in the US, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and across Europe.

How do payments work?

Websites and brand work: half to start, half before launch. Smaller packages are paid upfront. Card or bank transfer, in EUR, GBP or USD.

What if I don't like the first direction?

You see it within 7 days. If it's not right and you want to stop, your deposit is refunded.

What is care and hosting?

For websites only: hosting, your domain, backups and 3 small changes every month, for €39. Cancel anytime.

Who owns the work?

You do, once it's paid in full. You get every file.
