What counts as a request?
One design task, like “3 posts for our spring offer” or “a new menu”. Bigger jobs are split into steps, and each step is a request.
How fast is it?
Most requests come back within 2–3 working days. You can queue as many as you like; I work through them in your order.
How do I send requests?
On a shared board (Trello or Notion, your pick) or by email. Add notes, links, photos or a voice memo. Whatever is easiest for you.
Can I pause?
Yes. Pause before your next billing date and you're not charged until you start again. Cancel the same way, no contract.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every final file is yours.
I run an agency. Can I use it?
Yes. White-label is welcome: I work under your brand and never show the work without your permission.
